Creating Your Account

How to get access to Hire2Hero, set your password, and log in for the first time.

Hire2Hero accounts are provisioned by the Hire2Hero team. This article walks you through receiving your invitation, setting your password, and verifying that your access is working correctly.

Step 1: Receive your invitation

When your agency's instance is ready, the primary administrator receives an email from noreply@hire2hero.com with the subject "Welcome To Hire2Hero".

The email contains:

  • Your instance URL (e.g. https://acme.hire2hero.com)
  • A Set password link, which is valid for 24 hours

If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. The sending address is noreply@hire2hero.com. If it's still missing after 10 minutes, contact your Hire2Hero account representative.

Step 2: Set your password

Click the Set password link in your invitation email.

Choose a password. It must be at least 8 characters.

Click Reset Your Password. You'll be redirected to your instance login page.

Your instance URL is the subdomain you chose during signup — for example, acme.hire2hero.com. Bookmark it now so you can find it later.

Step 3: Sign in

Navigate to https://<your-instance>.hire2hero.com/login, enter your email and the password you just set, and click Sign in.

After a successful login you'll land on your role's home page. As the first user, you'll be in the Administrator portal.

The login screen is the same for all three portals. Your role determines where you land.

Step 4: Invite your team

Once you're in, you can invite staff administrators from Settings → Administrator. Each invited user receives the same kind of invitation email and sets their own password.

Different user types are created from different pages: staff admins from Settings → Administrator, candidates from Workforce → Candidate, and approving contacts from Clients → Approving Contact. Each user type has access to its own portal.
