Account Settings
How to change your password, review the privacy policy, and sign out of the Client Contact Portal.
The Profile section of the Client Contact Portal lets you manage your account security and access account information. Tap your profile icon or navigate to Profile in the bottom navigation bar to access these settings.
Change your password
Navigate to Profile in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap Change Password.
Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.
Tap Save to apply the change.
Your new password takes effect immediately. You'll use it the next time you sign in.
Choose a password that is at least 8 characters long and includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
Review the privacy policy
To read how Hire2Hero handles your data:
Navigate to Profile.
Tap Privacy Policy. The policy opens in your browser.
Sign out
Navigate to Profile.
Tap Sign Out at the bottom of the list.
You are signed out immediately and returned to the login screen.
Signing out on shared or public devices is recommended to protect your account. Your session does not expire automatically while the app is open.
