Dashboard Overview
Tour of the administrator dashboard and the key widgets that surface day-to-day work.
The administrator dashboard is the home base for agency staff. It surfaces the work waiting for you across the four key domains: placements, timecards, invoices, and payroll.

The KPI row
Across the top of the dashboard you'll see four counters. Each one is also a quick filter — clicking a tile drills into that work queue.

| Pending Placements | Placements that have been created but aren't yet active | /administrator/placement |
| Admin Review Time Cards | Timecards in Submitted state, waiting for admin review | /administrator/time-card |
| Invoices Ready for Approval | Invoices ready to be approved and sent to the client | /administrator/invoice |
| Payroll Ready for Approval | Payroll runs ready for final approval | /administrator/payroll |
Use the KPI tiles as your morning checklist — if all four show zero, you're caught up.
The Pending Placements table
Below the KPIs is a list of placements that need your attention. Each row shows:
- Client Corporation — which client this placement is for.
- Billing Contact — the person at the client who'll receive the invoice.
- Candidate — who is being placed.
- Name — the placement role / title.
Click any row to open the placement detail page where you can adjust dates, rates, the assigned approver, and more.
What's not on the dashboard
The dashboard intentionally focuses on work that needs action. For browsing data without an action attached, use the sidebar:
- Clients → Client Corporation for the full client list.
- Workforce → Candidate for the full candidate roster.
- Time & Expenses → Time Cards for every timecard regardless of status.
